Work Detail
■ Job Description You will discuss and understand the business content and challenges with each engineer and manager, design appropriate machine learning tasks, and develop algorithms, such as "utilizing large-scale data collected through the business (prediction and optimization in distribution)" and "supporting and optimizing creative production using AI." (Examples of Work) - Click probability prediction and conversion probability prediction for DSP - Product recommendations for dynamic retargeting ads - Generating user profiles such as demographics, interests, and preferences from web behavior history, etc. - Implementing algorithms for creative selection - Automated generation of search-related ads (NLP) - Supporting and automatically generating advertising creative production - Signal processing and speech processing (ASR, VAD, etc.) for the voice dialogue business *There are approximately 20 products, and the technologies and areas used vary for each project.
Ideal Profile
[Required Skills and Experience] - Expert knowledge in machine learning, natural language processing, speech, image processing, or optimization algorithms - Practical experience applying machine learning to real-world problems - Ability to analyze and propose ideas based on an understanding of the business - Proficiency in analysis, model creation, and visualization using Python, R, etc. [Desired Skills and Experience] - Ability to read and understand research papers - Practical experience developing recommendation systems - Practical experience developing ad delivery optimization - Practical experience developing image processing systems - Practical experience developing voice dialogue systems - Practical experience developing natural language processing - Proven track of submitting research papers, presenting research papers, and speaking at workshops both domestically and internationally - Practical experience proposing business ideas based on data analysis
