[Job Details] - Collaborate with external consortiums to understand the current status of quantum research, including its application fields and progress. - Collaborate with internal Honda Group departments and sister companies to develop quantum research strategies. - Collaborate with external research institutes to promote quantum algorithm research in specific fields. [Job Features] This position involves cutting-edge science, actively researching and advocating on new quantum research, including publishing papers. Quantum Communication/Quantum Computing Algorithms Identify cutting-edge trends in the quantum technology field, determine the value and areas of quantum technology research to pursue, and proactively promote quantum algorithm research. Actively disseminate research results through international conferences and papers, thereby enhancing our company's presence. Collaborate with several researchers from external consortia and group companies. Collaborate with overseas sister companies (Germany and the United States) to work globally. Promote this as a research project under the Research Division Manager (Research Division). Research projects are proposed by the employee, including content and budget, and are launched with board approval. - Approximately half of our employees are foreign nationals, creating a highly international workplace. Communication is conducted daily in both Japanese and English. ・Workplaces are located in Honda Motor Co.'s Wako Building, a suburban office that has won numerous awards. ・Researchers have a great deal of discretion, and we actively encourage the public presentation of their research results.
