■ Job Description Examples of Job Descriptions Ad Technology (Ad Delivery) Domain Algorithm Improvement for Products such as: - Prediction models for ad click-through rates/conversion rates - Product recommendations in dynamic retargeting ads - Ad creative selection algorithms - Bidding strategies using auction theory, etc. Retail DX (Sales Promotion/Demand Forecasting) Domain - Improving the accuracy of visit predictions, behavior predictions, and purchase predictions (Including predictions of stores visited by users, store visit rates and purchase rates based on ad exposure, and estimation of the number of visitors in locations with low GPS accuracy)
Ideal Profile
[Required Skills] * Practical experience in a series of tasks, from hypothesis building to data analysis, using machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to improve or solve research or business problems. * Practical experience in analysis, model creation, and visualization using Python, etc. * Basic understanding of machine learning * Ability to analyze and propose solutions based on an understanding of the business. * Ability to research, read, and trace research papers relevant to business problems. [Preferred] * Candidates who meet any of the following criteria: * Experience in publishing papers, presenting papers, or speaking at workshops both domestically and internationally. * Practical experience in proposing business plans based on data analysis.
