The development of next-generation batteries is desired for a clean society toward carbon neutrality. Toyota is focusing on research and development of next-generation batteries, including all-solid-state batteries and liquid-based LIB batteries, and is looking for colleagues who can work with us on advanced development and research and development.

● Advanced development of next-generation batteries (advanced design of electrodes and batteries for high-capacity batteries, battery degradation analysis, electrode processes, slurry development, etc.)
● Advanced development of next-generation battery materials (positive and negative electrodes for high capacity, electrolytes, material synthesis processes, pilot to semi-mass production plant design, etc.)
● Battery recycling technology development (extraction, separation, sorting, and concentration processes of valuable metals from batteries, metal recycling)
