Utilizing various methods such as digital marketing, brand marketing, and content marketing according to the assigned business, you aim to contribute to the business. ・Customer Service: Identifying the latent and essential challenges of customers, and devising and implementing measures to achieve sustainable business management and growth. Aiming to extend beyond assigned customers to the industry and market, you create new systems. (Example roles: Sales (client-facing), Career Advisor/SUUMO Counter Staff (customer-facing)) ・Business Planning: Working closely with management, you will be responsible for business planning and promotion, including building business strategies and formulating investment plans in line with market and competitor movements, as well as business development, considering new businesses and business models, and proposing and challenging management.
