After joining the company, based on the selection results, you will be assigned to either a Designer (UI/UX) or Art Director (Marketing/Communications) position. While the focus differs between product development and marketing/communications, both roles create value both internally and externally, based on design, such as shaping excellent user experiences and brand image. [Assigned Positions] ・Designer (UI/UX): As a leader in designing all of Recruit's products, you will strengthen problem-solving through design and create synergistic effects between business and user experience. You will design UX based on product strategy and perform UI design from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives, contributing to product growth not only in design strategy but also in brand and communication strategies. ・Art Director: As an Art Director or Creative Director, you will be involved in all areas of the Recruit Group's operations, from marketing promotion, branding, advertising, and PR for various services such as TV commercials, to Recruit's corporate branding and internal communication. [Career Path] Designer (UI/UX): You can choose a career path that aligns with your aspirations, based on product UI design, such as leading a design team or participating in product launches as the design lead. You will also collaborate with many other professions, offering diverse options for moving into various roles while maintaining a design background.
