[Technical Positions] Providing new value to the world through advanced manufacturing that meets the needs of the times. [DX (Technical)] This role involves driving digital transformation across the entire company and each department, and innovating business processes and business models. Main responsibilities include planning and promoting business reforms utilizing digital technologies and data, solving on-site problems, improving operational efficiency, and developing, implementing, and operating systems for creating new value. It also involves researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies such as IoT and AI, IT security measures, network and infrastructure development, and developing digital talent. Through these activities, we contribute to data-driven management, improved on-site productivity, and company-wide DX promotion.

Work Location

Sales Management: 11 domestic locations including Nagoya, Chita (Aichi), Tokyo, Osaka, and overseas. Technical: Nagoya, Chita (Aichi), Komaki (Aichi), Ishikawa, Yamanashi, Yamaguchi, and overseas.

Phd. Stating Salary

Graduate school (doctoral) 352,200 yen Graduate school (master's) 325,000 yen
