[Job Description] As a sales and business development specialist, you will be responsible for sales activities aimed at achieving sales targets, market development, and business model planning and execution. Depending on your skills and interests, you will assume leadership roles in sales, account management, marketing, project management, and other areas. You will also be actively involved in company-wide strategy planning. This position will allow you to work not only on our startup business, but also on the challenging mission of "launching new industries" and "social implementation of new technologies." You will gain valuable experience as a pioneer in the quantum computer business, a global growth area. [Job Details] - Planning, strategy development, and execution for the quantum computer business - Developing and proposing B2B customers (including top management) - Continuous communication and relationship building with client companies - Planning and promoting collaborations and partnerships with domestic and international technology partners and stakeholders - Communicating and promoting the value of quantum computers to the market *The above is an example of the duties you may perform.
Ideal Profile
REQUIRED SKILLS - General knowledge of management (understanding the structure of financial statements and business plans) - Ability to make persuasive presentations and create documents - Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Conversational English skills PREFERRED SKILLS - Practical experience in sales or business development in the technology industry - Project management experience (small-scale acceptable) - Experience managing a community/consortium - B2B sales experience or sales network - Business-level English skills - Passionate about starting new industries and implementing new technologies - Highly interested in, committed to, and able to lead the company and achieve results - Value teamwork and the ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds - Flexible in adapting to change and enjoying new challenges
