What we'd like you to do:
As specialists in the AI business, we are driving the AI revolution by introducing AI solutions to various industries and creating new value. We utilize machine learning, including deep learning, to develop predictive and optimization analysis algorithms, big data analysis, and other algorithms, adapting them to various industries such as construction and finance.
You will identify societal challenges, design and plan how to approach AI in different industries from a technical perspective, and lead projects.

* Project management of data analysis work and PoC (Proof of Concept)

Ideal Profile
Required Skills and Experience

・Strong curiosity and passion for data-driven business problem-solving and value creation
・Familiarity with the fundamental theoretical frameworks of mathematics and statistics
・Basic knowledge of data analysis using Python
・Experience in conducting and leading data analysis projects and PoC projects
・Data analysis, identifying key issues for business application, and designing KPIs
・Designing and implementing dashboards and charts
・Experience in explaining analysis results to stakeholders in collaboration with the business side
・Experience in analytical work related to mathematical statistical modeling
・Ability to continuously improve operations and support the provision of new insights
・Experience in managing data analysis projects and PoC projects for corporate clients
Preferred Skills and Experience
・Knowledge of cloud environments and data infrastructure organization and construction, including the construction and management of data lakes and data warehouses
・Ability to design and perform advanced analytical work utilizing knowledge of Bayesian statistics and statistical causal inference * Possess a broad business background and excel at using statistical methods to improve decision-making and quantify/measure operational impacts.
* Have experience designing MLOps and DevOps workflows and implementing machine learning models into business processes.
* Have experience in team development (version control using Git, CI operation, code review).
* Have practical experience in AI development projects.
* Achieve high scores or top rankings in data analysis and AI development competitions such as Kaggle.
* Possess a PhD or research institute experience.
* Have a track record of publication in international papers related to AI and data science (IJCAI, AAAI, NeurIPS, ICML, KDD, etc.).
* Have experience in team code development (coding with consideration for others' review).
* Have experience and understanding of CDP/DMP.
* Have experience and understanding of BI tools.
* Have experience or knowledge of designing data lakes and data warehouses.
