What You'll Do
As AI specialists, we are driving the AI revolution by introducing AI solutions to various industries and creating new value. We utilize machine learning techniques such as deep learning to develop predictive and optimization analysis algorithms, big data analysis algorithms, and other technologies, adapting them to various industries, including construction and finance.
You will identify global issues, design and propose AI approaches from a technical perspective, and lead projects.

Ideal Profile
Required Skills and Experience
(Motivation is important; expertise in everything is not required.)
- Strong curiosity and passion for data-driven business problem-solving and value creation.
- Familiarity with the basic theoretical frameworks of mathematics and statistics.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis using Python.
- Experience implementing and leading data analysis and PoC projects.
- Analyzing data and designing business-related issues and KPIs.
- Designing and implementing dashboards and charts.
- Experience working with the business side to explain analysis results to stakeholders.
- Experience in analytical work involving mathematical and statistical modeling.
- Able to support incremental business improvement and new insights.
- Experience managing data analysis and PoC projects for corporate clients.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of cloud environments and data infrastructure organization and construction, including building and managing data lakes and data warehouses.
- Ability to design and execute advanced analysis tasks utilizing knowledge of Bayesian statistics and statistical causal inference
- Broad business background and proficiency in using statistical methods to improve decision-making and quantify and measure business impact
- Experience designing workflows related to MLOps and DevOps, and able to implement machine learning models into business processes
- Team development experience (version control using Git, etc., CI operations, code review)
- Practical experience in AI development projects
- High scores or top rankings in data analysis and AI development competitions such as Kaggle
- PhD and research laboratory experience
- Acceptance of international papers related to AI and data science (IJCAI, AAAI, NeurIPS, ICML, KDD, etc.)
- Experience developing code in a team (coding with awareness of being visible to others)
- Experience using and understanding CDP/DMP
- Experience using and understanding BI tools
- Experience or knowledge of data lake and data warehouse design
