[Assigned Job Roles] Based on your skills and aspirations at the time of joining, we anticipate assigning you to one of the following data-related roles: * Data Scientist: Based on the strategy of your assigned business, you will plan, model, implement, and improve data utilization products that support decision-making and maximize sales and profits. You will also be responsible for planning and promoting strategies using data such as web access logs, surveys, sales, and effectiveness in products. (Keywords: data planning, mathematical science, mathematical optimization, simulation, data mining) * Data Engineer: Analyze data from various Recruit services and operate the data analysis platform to implement various measures utilizing that data. This role involves not only the operation of the analytics infrastructure built on Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, etc., but also the design and development of data ETL and data pipelines, the development of BI tools such as Tableau, and the verification, construction, and migration of new infrastructure and cloud functions. * Machine Learning Engineer: From planning and promoting short- and medium-term machine learning utilization measures to developing applications using machine learning, model design, and implementation. You will also be responsible for enhancing and operating assigned systems. * Software Engineer (Data Application Engineer): Utilizing software engineering, machine learning, mathematical theory, etc., you will be responsible for system development including data-related functions such as optimization. You will lead the development and refactoring of applications with high development difficulty, such as those handling high traffic, and will be responsible for selecting languages, development environments, frameworks, and tools with a medium- to long-term perspective. * Analytics Engineer: Designing, developing, and supporting the design of various KPIs in operations and products, including data environments (BI dashboards, data marts, access logs, etc.) essential for data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, you will be responsible for setting up and improving the monitoring environment, developing and operating BI dashboards as client reports and business support solutions, and establishing, monitoring, and maintaining data quality standards.
