Work Detail

* Creation of original, human-biology-based novel drug discovery concepts for developing therapeutic drugs in the fields of neurological diseases and cancer. * Establishment of in vitro or in vivo pharmacological evaluation models that align with the target therapeutic hypothesis, and development of identification and measurement systems for biomarkers indicating drug action and efficacy in clinical trials of novel drug candidate compounds using these models, as well as measurement of clinical trial samples. * Development of identification and measurement methods for novel disease biomarkers using high-sensitivity measurement technologies (mass spectrometry, immunoassay). * Creation of novel drug discovery concepts based on human biology and support for the exploration and analysis of related biomarkers using various NGS/multi-omics analysis technologies. * Establishment of data analysis and visualization methods and hypothesis generation from analysis results, making maximum use of statistics, human genetics, pharmacy, medicine, mathematics, computer science, information science, etc.
