Work Detail
Job Summary You will be responsible for either offensive or defensive IT tasks. Offensive IT: Implementing various systems based on supply chain reform strategies, linking and visualizing the chain to capture fluctuations in demand and manufacturing sites, improving ROIC through management innovation that allows for agile adjustments to production, sales, and inventory, reforming and redesigning business processes, and streamlining and reducing the labor involved in business operations, etc. Defensive IT: Stable operation and maintenance of operational systems owned by business divisions, factory IT infrastructure and applications, continuous improvement to enhance sophistication and value proposition, user support (help desk), IT-BCP and IT control compliance (internal controls), cloud lift/shift of operational systems, etc. Scope of Change: Reassignment to all tasks is possible. Job Details Offensive IT: Participation in multiple projects related to supply chain/engineering chain reform and redesign based on the business division's digital strategy (as a PL or member). Defensive IT: Stable operation tasks such as ITSM (ITIL), IT-BCP formulation, IT control compliance (internal controls), system updates, version upgrades, legal compliance, and IT/OT security measures for various operational systems.

Experienced in web development (C#, ASP.Net, Java, etc.), and experience with cloud migration/shifting of on-premise systems. Experience in building/operating BI (Power BI, SONAR, Qlik, Tableau, etc.). Experience in designing/building/operating DB (Oracle, SQL Server). Experience in designing/building/operating IA servers (Windows, Linux). Experience in designing/building/operating cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.). Experience in designing/building/operating IoT (equipment data integration, various devices). ●Welcome: Language skills Global communication skills, including English proficiency, to work with IT staff at overseas group companies in English.
Work Location
Initial work location: Head office (Nagoya City) or Chita branch (Handa City). Negotiable during the selection process. No relocation required for the time being.
